CANDIDATES WORKING WITH BELOW GIVEN JOB QUALIFICATION AND CAN HANDLE THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE WITH TAXATION INDEPENDENTLY CAN IMMEDIATE CONTACT TO Mr. KOHLI AT 9810929201
Responsible for maintaining records of all outstanding receivables.
1. Post cheques/payments to city ledger on a daily basis.
2.Maintain up to date files alphabetically by name for all outstanding accounts.
3. Respond promptly to guest queries and accounts disputes by verifying and making the appropriate corrections as required and obtaining approval from Credit Manager.
4.Prepare accurate and prompt billing of current and aged accounts.
5. Update the bill sending register on a daily basis with serial number.
6.Local outstanding follow up through phone call.
7. Prepare the outstanding statement on fortnight basis.
8.Maintaining the city ledger daily balance register.
9. Reconciliations of advance and Bank statements.
